Remote Chat Support Manager

Job Description:

ExxonMobil is seeking a Remote Chat Support Manager to join our team in Port Harcourt, Nigeria. This part-time position at the Associate Level requires a minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role. The ideal candidate will be reliable and adaptable, with strong soft skills in critical thinking and project management.

Responsibilities: 1. Manage a team of chat support agents to ensure excellent customer service and technical support. 2. Develop and implement chat support strategies to improve efficiency and customer satisfaction. 3. Monitor chat support metrics and performance, analyzing data to drive continuous improvement. 4. Collaborate with colleagues worldwide to share best practices and foster a global village mentality. 5. Provide training and resources to chat support agents to enhance their skills and performance. 6. Handle escalated customer inquiries and ensure timely resolution. 7. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in chat support management. 8. Work closely with other departments to coordinate efforts and improve overall customer experience.

Requirements: 1. Bachelor's degree in a relevant field. 2. 5+ years of experience in chat support or customer service management. 3. Strong written and verbal communication skills. 4. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. 5. Proficiency in chat support software and tools. 6. Experience with project management and critical thinking. 7. Ability to adapt to changing priorities and fast-paced environments. 8. Visa sponsorship and relocation allowance available for qualified candidates.
