Chat Support Officer

Job Description:

Halliburton is seeking a Chat Support Officer to join our team in Ibadan, Nigeria. This is a part-time position at the Associate level, requiring a minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role. As a Chat Support Officer, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service through chat support channels.

Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries and provide support through online chat platforms - Assist customers with product information, technical issues, and account management - Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner - Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience - Research and troubleshoot customer issues to find effective solutions - Negotiate with customers to reach satisfactory resolutions

Requirements: - Demonstrated experience in customer service or support roles - Excellent written communication skills - Strong problem-solving abilities - Adaptability to changing customer needs and situations - Resilience in handling challenging customer interactions - Ability to conduct research and gather information quickly - Negotiation skills to confidently address customer concerns
