Job Description:
As a Remote Chat Support Representative at Kuda Bank, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients through online chat platforms. Your primary responsibilities will include responding to customer inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive customer experience. Additionally, you will be expected to provide product information, assist with account management, and escalate any technical issues to the appropriate department.
Key Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries promptly and professionally via chat - Resolve customer issues in a timely and efficient manner - Provide accurate and up-to-date information about Kuda Bank products and services - Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through effective communication - Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless customer support operations - Escalate complex issues to the appropriate department for resolution - Adhere to Kuda Bank's policies and procedures at all times
Requirements: - Motivated and independent with the ability to work autonomously - Strong strategic planning and leadership skills - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively - Basic knowledge of banking and financial services - Proficiency in online chat platforms and customer service software - High school diploma or equivalent
