Remote Chat Support Representative

Job Description:

First Bank of Nigeria is seeking a Remote Chat Support Representative to join our team in Port Harcourt, Nigeria. This is a part-time position suitable for individuals at an entry level with at least 1 year of experience. As a Remote Chat Support Representative, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service via chat to assist customers with their inquiries and concerns.

Responsibilities: - Responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues via chat in a timely and professional manner - Providing product information and guidance to customers - Escalating issues to the appropriate department when necessary - Maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction through excellent communication and problem-solving skills - Meeting predefined productivity and quality goals - Continuously learning about the bank's products and services to better assist customers

Requirements: - Independent and adaptable personality traits - Strong presentation and critical thinking skills - Excellent written communication skills - Ability to work remotely and independently - Basic knowledge of banking products and services is a plus - Must have access to a reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace - High school diploma or equivalent
