Job Description:

IHS Towers is seeking a Remote Chat Support Representative to join our dynamic team in Ibadan, NG. As a part-time Associate Level position, the Remote Chat Support Representative will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support through online chat platforms.

Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries and issues promptly and professionally via chat - Provide accurate information and solutions to customers' questions and concerns - Utilize persuasion and negotiation skills to resolve customer complaints and issues - Maintain a positive attitude and energetic demeanor while assisting customers - Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless customer service experience - Meet and exceed performance metrics for customer satisfaction and resolution times - Stay updated on product knowledge and company policies to provide accurate information to customers

Requirements: - Minimum of 4 years of experience in customer service or a related field - Energetic and independent personality traits - Strong persuasion and negotiation skills - Excellent written communication skills - Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and evolving work environment - Proficiency in utilizing online chat platforms - Ability to work independently and as part of a team
