Chat Support Representative - Work from home

Unilever Nigeria is seeking a Chat Support Representative to join our team. This is a part-time, work from home position based in Ibadan, NG. As an Associate Level Chat Support Representative, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and support through online chat platforms.

Responsibilities: 1. Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner through chat support. 2. Provide product information and assist customers with placing orders. 3. Troubleshoot technical issues and escalate complex problems to the appropriate departments. 4. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions. 5. Collaborate with team members to improve processes and customer satisfaction. 6. Stay current on company products, services, and policies.

Requirements: 1. Minimum of 4 years of experience in customer service or a related field. 2. Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote work environment. 3. Strong communication skills and the ability to multitask effectively. 4. Adaptable and hardworking with a keen attention to detail. 5. Project management skills. 6. Proficient in using chat platforms and other customer service software.
