Hilton is seeking a Chat Support Representative to join our team and work from home in Lagos, NG on a part-time basis. As an Associate Level position, we are looking for candidates with at least 2 years of experience in customer service or a related field. The ideal candidate will be reliable, driven, possess strong analytical skills, and have the ability to persuade customers effectively.

Responsibilities: - Provide exceptional customer service through chat support to assist customers with inquiries, issues, and requests. - Analyze customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions or products. - Utilize persuasive techniques to encourage customers to book reservations or purchase additional services. - Ensure all interactions are handled in a professional and efficient manner, maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction. - Collaborate with other departments to resolve customer concerns and escalate issues when necessary. - Meet and exceed performance metrics, including response times, resolution rates, and customer satisfaction scores. - Stay up-to-date on product knowledge, company policies, and industry trends to provide accurate information to customers.

Requirements: - 2+ years of experience in customer service or a related field. - Must be reliable, driven, and possess strong analytical skills. - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. - Ability to work independently and manage time effectively. - Experience with chat support software and CRM systems preferred. - High school diploma or equivalent required, college degree preferred.
