Chat Support Representative - Work from home

Job Description: NNPC Limited is seeking a Chat Support Representative to join our team on a part-time basis, working remotely from Lagos, NG. As an entry-level role, this position is perfect for candidates with at least 1 year of experience who are looking to start their career in customer support.

Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries and provide information about our products and services through live chat - Resolve customer issues and complaints in a timely and professional manner - Escalate complex issues to the appropriate team members for further assistance - Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions - Collaborate with team members to improve overall customer satisfaction - Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and company policies to provide accurate information to customers - Meet or exceed performance goals for response times and customer satisfaction metrics

Requirements: - Resilient and confident personality traits - Strong decision-making and teamwork skills - Excellent written communication skills - Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively - High school diploma or equivalent - Experience working in a customer service or support role preferred
