Chat Support Specialist

Job Description:

ExxonMobil is seeking a Chat Support Specialist to join our team in Ibadan, NG on a part-time basis. As an Entry Level position, we require at least 1 year of experience in a customer service or support role.

Responsibilities: - Provide excellent customer service through chat support channels, assisting customers with inquiries, troubleshooting, and issue resolution - Utilize communication skills to effectively convey information to customers in a clear and concise manner - Collaborate with other support team members to ensure a seamless customer experience - Conduct research to resolve customer concerns or provide accurate information - Maintain a positive and professional attitude while interacting with customers

Requirements: - Driven and motivated individual who is dedicated to providing exceptional customer service - Strong leadership skills to take charge of customer inquiries and provide solutions - Excellent research skills to quickly find information needed to assist customers - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple customer inquiries simultaneously
