Remote Chat Support Specialist

Job Description:

Interswitch Group is seeking a Remote Chat Support Specialist to join our team in Abuja, NG. As an Associate Level position, the ideal candidate should have at least 2 years of experience in a similar role. We are looking for someone who is adaptable and dedicated to providing exceptional customer service through chat support.

Responsibilities: 1. Provide timely and accurate responses to customer inquiries via chat support. 2. Troubleshoot technical issues and provide solutions to customers. 3. Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience. 4. Maintain a high level of professionalism and customer service at all times. 5. Document and track customer interactions and resolutions in the system.

Requirements: 1. At least 2 years of experience in a chat support role. 2. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. 3. Strong critical thinking skills and problem-solving abilities. 4. Ability to work independently and in a team environment. 5. Experience with CRM systems and chat support platforms. 6. Presentation skills to effectively communicate with customers.
