Job Description:
Procter & Gamble Nigeria is seeking a passionate and energetic individual to join our team as a Client Relations Assistant in Ibadan, NG. This position is part-time and entry-level, requiring no years of experience.
Responsibilities: - Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients - Assist in resolving client inquiries and issues in a timely manner - Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction - Coordinate client meetings and events - Conduct research on client needs and preferences - Assist in creating and implementing client retention strategies - Provide administrative support to the client relations team as needed - Attend industry events and networking opportunities to expand client base
