Job Description:
We are seeking a talented Client Relations Associate to join our team at Standard Chartered Bank in Abuja, NG. As a Client Relations Associate, you will be responsible for managing and developing relationships with our clients, offering them excellent service and support. This is a part-time position at the Associate Level, requiring at least 4 years of experience in a similar role.
Responsibilities: - Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction and retention - Communicate with clients through various channels, such as phone, email, and in person meetings - Provide guidance and assistance to clients regarding their financial needs and services offered by the bank - Collaborate with team members to develop and implement strategies to improve client relations and increase sales opportunities - Keep accurate records of client interactions and transactions using our CRM system - Stay up-to-date on industry trends, market conditions, and regulatory requirements to provide clients with the best possible advice and service
Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related field - Hardworking and motivated individual with excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Strong time management and organization skills - Proficient in Microsoft Office suite and CRM systems - Ability to deliver engaging presentations to clients and stakeholders - Previous experience in client relations or customer service roles is preferred
