Client Relations Associate

Job Description:

Farmcrowdy is seeking a diligent and detail-oriented Client Relations Associate to join our team in Lagos, NG. As a Client Relations Associate, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our clients, ensuring their satisfaction and retention.

Responsibilities: - Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing their inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner - Proactively reach out to clients to ensure their needs are being met and identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell products or services - Collaborate with internal teams to resolve client issues and improve overall customer experience - Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions - Monitor client satisfaction and feedback, and implement strategies to enhance customer loyalty - Assist with marketing initiatives to promote client engagement and retention

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field - Minimum of 4 years of experience in client relations or customer service role - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive mindset - Motivated and independent, able to work effectively with minimal supervision - Highly cooperative and adaptable to changing situations - Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and CRM software
