Client Relations Associate

Job Description:

As a Client Relations Associate at Nestlé in Abuja, Nigeria, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our clients. Your main duties will include managing customer inquiries, resolving client issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction. You will work closely with various departments to address client needs and provide solutions that align with our company's goals.

Responsibilities: - Serve as the main point of contact for client inquiries and concerns - Develop and maintain positive relationships with clients through regular communication - Address client questions and issues in a timely and professional manner - Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client needs are met - Provide input on ways to improve client satisfaction and retention - Assist in the development of client-facing materials and presentations

Requirements: - 3 years of experience in client relations or a related field - Dedicated and driven individual who is passionate about customer service - Strong people management and negotiation skills - Excellent communication and organizational skills - Ability to thrive in an energetic and rapidly evolving work setting - Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
