Remote Client Relations Associate

Job Description:

IHS Towers is seeking a Remote Client Relations Associate to join our team in Abuja, NG. This part-time position at the Associate level requires a minimum of 2 years of experience in client relations or a related field. The ideal candidate will possess a strong work ethic, be independent, and adaptable to changing situations.

Responsibilities: - Manage client accounts remotely, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction - Communicate with clients via phone, email, and video conferencing - Provide timely and accurate responses to client inquiries and issues - Collaborate with internal teams to address client needs and concerns - Analyze client data and feedback to identify trends and opportunities for improvement - Assist in developing and implementing client retention strategies - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in client relations

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field - 2+ years of experience in client relations or a related field - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities - Ability to work independently and as part of a remote team - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software - Adaptable and able to thrive in a fast-paced, changing environment
