Client Relations Manager

Job Description:

Unilever Nigeria is seeking a dedicated and resourceful Client Relations Manager to join our team in Abuja. As a Client Relations Manager, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, partners, and colleagues. This part-time position is ideal for someone with 7 years of experience in client relations at a mid-to-senior level.

Responsibilities: 1. Develop and implement strategies to build and maintain positive relationships with clients. 2. Act as the main point of contact for clients, addressing any issues or concerns in a timely manner. 3. Coordinate with internal teams to ensure client needs are met and expectations are exceeded. 4. Monitor client satisfaction and proactively seek feedback to improve service delivery. 5. Identify new business opportunities and work towards expanding the client base. 6. Keep abreast of industry trends and competitor activities to provide strategic recommendations. 7. Collaborate with the marketing team to develop client communication materials and campaigns.

Requirements: 1. 7 years of experience in client relations or a related field. 2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 3. Strong negotiation and problem-solving abilities. 4. Proven track record of building and maintaining client relationships. 5. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. 6. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. 7. Innovative and creative mindset. 8. Excellent time management skills.
