Job Description: Cowrywise is seeking a dynamic and experienced Client Relations Manager to join our team in Ibadan, NG. As a Client Relations Manager, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our clients to ensure their satisfaction and retention. You will serve as the main point of contact for clients, addressing their inquiries, concerns, and needs in a timely and professional manner.
Responsibilities: - Develop and implement strategies to enhance client relationships and increase customer satisfaction - Act as a liaison between clients and internal teams to ensure all client needs are met - Monitor client accounts and proactively address any issues or concerns - Conduct regular check-ins with clients to gather feedback and improve service offerings - Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to drive client acquisition and retention - Analyze client data to identify trends and opportunities for growth - Prepare reports and presentations on client performance and satisfaction levels
Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field - 7+ years of experience in client relations or account management - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Energetic and dedicated personality - Proven track record of strategic planning and people management - Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks effectively - Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office suite - Experience working in the financial services industry is a plus
