Job Description - Remote Client Relations Manager

Job Description:


Standard Chartered Bank is seeking a talented Remote Client Relations Manager to join our team in Lagos, NG on a part-time basis at a Mid-to-Senior Level. As a Remote Client Relations Manager, you will be responsible for managing client relationships remotely to ensure the highest level of service and satisfaction.


Responsibilities: 1. Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients through regular communication and meetings. 2. Understand the needs and goals of clients to provide personalized solutions and recommendations. 3. Communicate new products, services, and promotions to clients effectively. 4. Address and resolve client issues in a timely and efficient manner. 5. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client needs are met and exceeded. 6. Monitor client satisfaction and feedback to continuously improve service quality. 7. Analyze client data and trends to identify opportunities for growth and improvement. 8. Develop and implement client retention strategies to increase loyalty and satisfaction.


Requirements: 1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related field. 2. Minimum of 6 years of experience in client relations or a related field. 3. Adaptability to work remotely and manage client relationships effectively. 4. Strong work ethic and dedication to providing exceptional service. 5. Excellent analytical skills to interpret client data and trends. 6. Ability to effectively manage and communicate with clients of all levels. 7. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software. 8. People management skills to lead and inspire a team of remote client service representatives.
