Job Description:
ExxonMobil is seeking a motivated and confident Client Relations Manager to join our team in Port Harcourt, NG. This part-time position is at a mid-to-senior level and requires a minimum of 8 years of experience in client relations or a related field.
Responsibilities: - Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction and retention - Develop and implement strategic plans to grow the client base and increase revenue - Serve as the main point of contact for all client inquiries, issues, and requests - Collaborate with internal teams to meet clients' needs and exceed expectations - Analyze client feedback and market trends to identify opportunities for improvement - Develop and present proposals, reports, and presentations to clients
Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field - 8+ years of experience in client relations or a similar role - Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills - Excellent organizational and time management abilities - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software - Experience in planning and executing client outreach strategies
