Client Relations Manager - Work from home

Job Description:

We are looking for a talented Client Relations Manager to join our team at Dangote Group in Lagos. As a Client Relations Manager working from home, you will be responsible for maintaining and enhancing relationships with our clients through effective communication, problem-solving, and delivering exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities: - Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure client satisfaction - Act as the main point of contact for client inquiries, requests, and feedback - Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling - Regularly communicate with clients to understand their needs and provide timely solutions - Monitor client accounts and proactively address any issues or concerns - Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of products or services to clients - Manage client contracts and agreements, ensuring compliance and renewal - Analyze client data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement - Provide regular reports on client satisfaction and engagement

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field - Minimum of 6 years of experience in client relations, account management, or related field - Demonstrated experience in building and maintaining client relationships - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Adaptable and reliable personality traits - Critical thinking and problem-solving skills - People management and leadership skills - Ability to work independently and remotely - Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software - Experience in the construction or manufacturing industry is a plus
