Job Description - Client Relations Manager - Work from home

Job Description:


Globacom is seeking a Client Relations Manager to join our team. This is a part-time position that allows you to work from the comfort of your own home in Ibadan, NG. As an Associate Level professional with at least 5 years of experience in client relations, you will be responsible for managing and nurturing client relationships to ensure satisfaction and retention.


Responsibilities: - Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients through regular communication - Understand client needs and provide solutions to meet their goals - Act as the main point of contact for clients, addressing any concerns or issues in a timely manner - Collaborate with internal teams to deliver on client expectations and objectives - Monitor and analyze client feedback to identify trends and improve services - Develop and implement strategies to upsell and cross-sell products or services to existing clients - Prepare regular reports on client satisfaction, retention, and revenue growth


Requirements: - 5+ years of experience in client relations or a related field - Driven and hardworking personality traits - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills - Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities - Proven track record of building and maintaining client relationships - Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field
