Client Relations Representative

Job Description:

Globacom, a leading telecommunications company in Abuja, NG, is seeking a dynamic and adaptable Client Relations Representative to join our team on a part-time basis. As an Associate Level role, the ideal candidate will have at least 4 years of experience in a customer-facing role and possess strong communication and leadership skills.

Responsibilities: 1. Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and maintaining positive relationships. 2. Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely and accurate delivery of services to clients. 3. Conduct regular check-ins with clients to gather feedback and identify opportunities for improvement. 4. Collaborate with the sales team to identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities. 5. Assist in the development of client retention strategies and initiatives. 6. Provide regular reports and updates to management on client satisfaction and engagement.

Requirements: 1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. 2. 4+ years of experience in client relations or a similar role. 3. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal. 4. Proven leadership abilities and the ability to work effectively in a team environment. 5. Ability to adapt to changing circumstances and prioritize tasks effectively. 6. Passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
