Client Relations Representative - Work from home

9mobile is looking for a Client Relations Representative to join our team in Lagos, NG. This is a part-time, entry-level position that offers the opportunity to work from home. As a Client Relations Representative, you will be responsible for managing and maintaining relationships with our clients to ensure their satisfaction and retention.

Responsibilities: - Communicate with clients to understand their needs and concerns - Provide timely and accurate responses to client inquiries - Proactively address and resolve client issues - Maintain client records and update client information as needed - Coordinate with internal teams to ensure client needs are met - Assist in developing strategies to increase client satisfaction and retention - Participate in client meetings and presentations

Requirements: - Motivated and resourceful individual who is passionate about client satisfaction - Excellent presentation skills and project management abilities - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite - High school diploma or equivalent
