Remote Client Relations Specialist

The Remote Client Relations Specialist at Chevron Nigeria will be responsible for managing relationships with existing clients in a remote setting. This role will require the successful candidate to effectively communicate with clients, address their inquiries and concerns, and ensure their satisfaction with Chevron Nigeria's products and services. The Remote Client Relations Specialist will also be tasked with identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling to increase revenue from existing clients.

Responsibilities: - Communicate with clients via phone, email, and other remote communication channels - Address client inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner - Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure their continued satisfaction with Chevron Nigeria - Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling to increase revenue - Collaborate with internal teams to resolve client issues and ensure a seamless customer experience - Keep detailed records of client interactions and update client information in the company database - Provide feedback to the sales and marketing teams on client needs and preferences

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field - Proven experience in client relations or customer service - Strong project management skills with the ability to prioritize and multitask - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Attention to detail and the ability to problem-solve effectively - Confident and adaptable, with the ability to thrive in a remote working environment - Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role
