Client Relations Specialist

Job Description:

Unilever Nigeria is seeking a talented and dynamic Client Relations Specialist to join our team in Port Harcourt, NG. As a Client Relations Specialist, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our clients, providing exceptional customer service, and ensuring client satisfaction.

Responsibilities: - Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and exceeding their expectations. - Act as the main point of contact for clients, addressing any inquiries, issues, or concerns in a professional and timely manner. - Analyze client feedback and data to identify areas for improvement and implement strategies to enhance client satisfaction. - Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless communication and coordination for client needs and requests. - Create and deliver presentations to clients, showcasing product offerings, services, and solutions. - Monitor client accounts, track customer interactions, and update client information in the database. - Proactively identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling products or services to clients.

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field. - Minimum of 2 years of experience in client relations or customer service. - Strong communication and interpersonal skills. - Adaptable and able to work independently. - Strong presentation and analytical skills. - Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively. - Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
