Job Description: Kuda Bank is seeking a motivated and hardworking Client Relations Specialist to join our team on a part-time basis. As a Client Relations Specialist, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our clients to ensure their satisfaction and continued loyalty to our brand. This role will be remote, allowing you to work from the comfort of your own home in Ibadan, Nigeria.
Responsibilities: - Communicate with clients via phone, email, and chat to address any questions or concerns they may have - Provide personalized assistance to clients to help them navigate our products and services - Proactively reach out to clients to gather feedback and address any issues before they become problems - Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a seamless client experience from start to finish - Keep detailed records of client interactions and follow-up activities in our CRM system - Assist in the development of client communication strategies and materials - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in client relations
Requirements: - 3 years of experience in a client-facing role, preferably in the banking or financial services industry - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Strong critical thinking and problem-solving abilities - Ability to present information clearly and effectively to clients - Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite - High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree preferred
