Client Relations Specialist - Work from home

Job Description:

MainOne is seeking a dynamic and motivated Client Relations Specialist to join our team. As a Client Relations Specialist, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our clients, ensuring their needs are met and addressing any concerns they may have. This is a part-time position that can be done remotely from your home in Port Harcourt, Nigeria.

Responsibilities: - Act as the main point of contact for clients, addressing any inquiries or issues they may have in a timely and professional manner - Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure their satisfaction with our products and services - Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to develop strategies for retaining existing clients and acquiring new ones - Provide clients with information about new products and services, as well as updates on existing ones - Monitor client feedback and make recommendations for improvements to our products and services - Keep detailed records of client interactions and transactions in our CRM system

Requirements: - Minimum of 3 years of experience in a client-facing role - Energetic and reliable personality traits - Strong time management and teamwork skills - Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field preferred
