Job Description - Client Service Assistant

Job Description: Andela is seeking a Client Service Assistant to join our team in Port Harcourt, NG. As a Client Service Assistant, you will play a critical role in providing exceptional customer service to our clients, ensuring their needs are met in a timely and efficient manner. This role is part-time and entry-level, perfect for individuals with 1 year of experience looking to grow their career in client service.


Responsibilities: - Assist clients with inquiries, concerns, and requests via phone, email, and in person - Coordinate and schedule appointments and meetings for clients and team members - Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions - Collaborate with team members to address client needs and resolve issues promptly - Provide support to clients during product demonstrations and training sessions - Assist in the preparation of reports and presentations for client meetings - Perform administrative tasks, such as data entry, filing, and organizing documents - Contribute to the overall success of the client service team by actively participating in team meetings and training sessions


Requirements: - Independent and energetic personality traits - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal - Strong negotiation skills and ability to work effectively in a team environment - Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software applications - Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills - Ability to prioritize tasks and multi-task in a fast-paced environment
