Client Service Assistant

Job Description:

The Dangote Group is seeking a motivated and confident Client Service Assistant to join our team in Port Harcourt, NG. As an Associate Level position, the ideal candidate will have at least 4 years of experience in client service or a related field.

Responsibilities: 1. Act as a primary point of contact for clients, ensuring their needs are met in a timely and professional manner. 2. Assist in the development and implementation of client service strategies to enhance customer satisfaction. 3. Conduct research on market trends and competitor analysis to identify new business opportunities. 4. Prepare and deliver presentations to clients on products and services offered by the company. 5. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless communication and service delivery to clients. 6. Manage client accounts, including processing orders, coordinating deliveries, and resolving any issues that may arise. 7. Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions for reporting purposes.

Requirements: 1. Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field. 2. 4+ years of experience in client service or a similar role. 3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 4. Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities. 5. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. 6. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software. 7. Experience in conducting market research and preparing presentations.
