Job Description - Client Service Assistant - Work from home

Job Description:


Cowrywise, a leading financial technology company based in Port Harcourt, NG, is seeking a dynamic Client Service Assistant to join our team. This is a part-time, work-from-home position at the Associate Level, requiring a minimum of 4 years of experience.


Responsibilities: - Provide exceptional customer service to clients through various communication channels such as email, phone, and chat - Assist clients with account inquiries, transactions, and issue resolution - Work closely with the Client Service Manager to ensure client satisfaction and retention - Coordinate with other departments to address client needs and concerns in a timely manner - Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions - Meet or exceed performance goals for client satisfaction and response times - Assist with special projects and tasks as assigned by the Client Service Manager


Requirements: - Energetic and hardworking individual with a strong work ethic - Excellent communication skills both verbal and written - Ability to manage time effectively and prioritize tasks - Proficient in using technology and various communication channels - Previous experience in customer service or client-facing roles preferred - Bachelor's degree in a related field is a plus - Knowledge of financial services or investments is a bonus
