Job Description:
We are looking for a dynamic Client Service Associate to join our team at Standard Chartered Bank in Ibadan, NG. As a Client Service Associate, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service to our clients and ensuring their needs are met in a timely and efficient manner.
Responsibilities: - Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing prompt and accurate responses to their inquiries and requests - Conduct regular check-ins with clients to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns they may have - Coordinate with internal teams to resolve any client issues and ensure seamless communication - Assist in onboarding new clients and guiding them through our products and services - Prepare and distribute client reports and updates as needed - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and changes to better serve our clients - Collaborate with the sales team to identify potential opportunities for upselling or cross-selling our products
Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field - 3 years of experience in a client-facing role within the banking or financial services industry - Energetic and hardworking attitude with strong interpersonal skills - Excellent negotiation and teamwork skills - Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment - Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite - Knowledge of banking products and services - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
