Job Description - Client Service Associate - Work from home

Job Description:


Ikeja Electric is currently seeking a passionate and independent Client Service Associate to join our team on a part-time basis. This position will allow you to work from the comfort of your own home in Lagos, NG. As an Associate Level position, we require candidates with at least 3 years of experience in customer service or a related field.


Responsibilities: 1. Serve as the primary point of contact for our clients, addressing their inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner. 2. Manage client accounts, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information. 3. Assist clients with account maintenance, billing inquiries, and issue resolution. 4. Collaborate with other team members to provide seamless and exceptional customer service. 5. Utilize company systems and tools to track client interactions and maintain records. 6. Identify opportunities to enhance the client experience and make recommendations for improvement. 7. Provide feedback to management on client trends, issues, and opportunities for growth.


Requirements: 1. Must be passionate about providing excellent customer service. 2. Ability to work independently and take initiative. 3. Demonstrated adaptability in a fast-paced work environment. 4. Strong leadership skills to drive team success. 5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 6. Proficient in using technology and learning new software systems. 7. Ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
