Client Service Associate - Work from home

Job Description:

Unilever Nigeria is seeking a Client Service Associate to work from home in Lagos. This part-time position at an Associate level requires a minimum of 3 years of experience in client service or a related field. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing excellent customer service to clients, building strong relationships, and managing client accounts.

Responsibilities: - Communicate with clients via phone, email, and online platforms to provide support and address any issues or concerns - Work closely with the sales team to ensure client needs are met and expectations are exceeded - Research and analyze market trends to provide recommendations for improving client satisfaction - Use persuasion and negotiation skills to upsell products or services to existing clients - Collaborate with internal teams to improve processes and streamline client interactions - Meet and exceed KPIs and sales targets set by management

Requirements: - Driven individual who can work independently and prioritize tasks effectively - Strong research skills to gather information and stay up to date on industry trends - Excellent persuasion skills to influence clients and close deals - Experience in client service or a related field for at least 3 years - Excellent communication skills and ability to build relationships with clients - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and customer relationship management software
