Client Service Associate - Work from home

We are looking for a Client Service Associate to join our team at Halliburton. This is a part-time, entry-level position that allows you to work from home in Port Harcourt, Nigeria. We are seeking individuals who are independent, driven, have strong decision-making skills, and excel at planning.

Responsibilities: 1. Communicate with clients via phone, email, and chat to address any inquiries or concerns 2. Assist clients with account setup, troubleshooting, and navigating our online platform 3. Provide support and guidance to clients on product offerings and services 4. Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions 5. Collaborate with the sales and marketing team to enhance the client experience 6. Participate in training and development programs to stay up to date on our products and services

Requirements: 1. No prior experience required, entry-level position 2. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal 3. Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail 4. Ability to work independently and manage time effectively 5. Proficient in using computer software and online platforms 6. Diploma or degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field is a plus
