Job Description - Client Service Manager

Job Description:


Ikeja Electric is currently seeking a talented and experienced Client Service Manager to join our team in Abuja, NG. This part-time position is ideal for a professional with at least 7 years of experience in customer service or client management. The Client Service Manager will be responsible for overseeing the delivery of high-quality services to our clients, building strong relationships, and ensuring customer satisfaction.


Responsibilities: - Manage a portfolio of clients and serve as the main point of contact for all their needs and inquiries - Develop and implement client service strategies to improve satisfaction and retention rates - Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely and accurate delivery of services - Conduct regular client meetings to gather feedback and address any issues or concerns - Analyze client data and feedback to identify trends and opportunities for improvement - Provide valuable insights and recommendations to the management team to enhance client service processes - Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to identify new business opportunities and expand our client base


Requirements: - At least 7 years of experience in customer service or client management - Confident, reliable, and able to build strong relationships with clients - Excellent research and problem-solving skills - Strong communication and negotiation skills - Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software - Ability to work independently and in a team environment - Knowledge of the energy sector is a plus
