Job Description
Cowrywise is seeking a reliable and experienced Client Service Manager to work from home in Abuja, NG on a part-time basis. As a Client Service Manager, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients, ensuring their needs are met and issues are resolved promptly and efficiently.
Responsibilities: 1. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through regular communication and exceptional service. 2. Address client inquiries and issues in a timely manner, providing accurate information and solutions. 3. Collaborate with other team members to ensure seamless client experience and satisfaction. 4. Conduct research on industry trends and best practices to better serve our clients. 5. Work closely with the sales team to identify new business opportunities and support client retention efforts. 6. Monitor client feedback and satisfaction levels, taking proactive measures to improve service quality. 7. Prepare reports and presentations for management on client service performance and areas for improvement. 8. Uphold company policies and procedures while representing Cowrywise in a professional manner.
Requirements: 1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. 2. Minimum of 7 years of experience in a client service or customer-facing role. 3. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. 4. Energetic and hardworking attitude with a passion for delivering excellent customer service. 5. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. 6. Proficient in Microsoft Office suite and CRM software. 7. Strong research and problem-solving skills. 8. Ability to cooperate and collaborate with colleagues from diverse backgrounds.
