Job Description - Client Service Manager - Work from home

Job Description:


DHL is seeking a dynamic and experienced Client Service Manager to work from home in Abuja, NG on a part-time basis. As a mid-to-senior level professional with at least 7 years of experience in client service management, you will play a crucial role in maintaining and enhancing client relationships for our organization.


Responsibilities: - Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and ensuring their satisfaction with our services - Act as the main point of contact for clients, addressing any inquiries or concerns in a timely and professional manner - Collaborate with internal teams to ensure the successful delivery of services and solutions to clients - Monitor client accounts and provide regular updates on performance and outcomes - Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling additional services to existing clients - Analyze client feedback and data to continually improve service delivery and client retention - Prepare reports and presentations on client activities, performance, and opportunities for growth


Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field - Proven track record of at least 7 years in client service management, preferably in a similar industry - Energetic and independent personality traits with the ability to work remotely and manage client relationships effectively - Strong presentation and critical thinking skills to effectively communicate with clients and internal stakeholders - Excellent organizational and time management skills to handle multiple client accounts and tasks simultaneously - Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and CRM software - Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-focused mindset
