Client Service Officer

We are currently seeking a dedicated and experienced Client Service Officer to join our team at Standard Chartered Bank in Lagos, NG. As an Associate Level role, the ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience in a similar role and possess the following personality traits: reliability and resourcefulness. Additionally, the candidate should demonstrate soft skills such as innovation and problem-solving.

Responsibilities: 1. Act as the primary point of contact for clients, providing exceptional customer service and addressing inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner. 2. Manage client accounts and relationships, ensuring their needs are met and maintaining a high level of client satisfaction. 3. Assist clients with financial transactions, account opening, and account maintenance. 4. Collaborate with internal teams to resolve client issues and escalate complex matters as needed. 5. Keep abreast of industry trends and regulations to provide clients with relevant and accurate information. 6. Contribute to the development and implementation of client service strategies to enhance the overall client experience. 7. Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions.

Requirements: 1. Bachelor's degree in finance, business administration, or a related field. 2. Minimum of 3 years of experience in client service or a similar role within the banking industry. 3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 4. Strong organizational and time-management abilities. 5. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and customer relationship management (CRM) software. 6. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
