Remote Client Service Officer

Job Description:

We are seeking a motivated and energetic Remote Client Service Officer to join our team at Halliburton in Ibadan, NG. As a part-time Associate Level employee, you will be responsible for providing exceptional client service remotely to our customers.

Responsibilities: 1. Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients through virtual communication channels. 2. Respond to client inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner. 3. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of services to clients. 4. Develop and implement client service strategies to enhance customer satisfaction. 5. Monitor client accounts and provide proactive support and recommendations. 6. Create reports and analyze data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement. 7. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in client service.

Requirements: 1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field. 2. Minimum of 3 years of experience in client service or a related field. 3. Strong planning and leadership skills. 4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 5. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. 6. Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite. 7. Experience working in a remote or virtual environment is a plus.
