Client Service Officer

Job Description:

Jumia is seeking a dynamic and motivated Client Service Officer to join our team in Port Harcourt, NG. As a Client Service Officer, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients, assisting with inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring overall client satisfaction.

Responsibilities: - Respond to client inquiries via phone, email, and in-person in a timely and professional manner - Handle client complaints and issues with sensitivity and efficiency - Maintain accurate client records and information in the database - Collaborate with other team members to ensure smooth and efficient service delivery - Proactively identify opportunities to improve client satisfaction and retention - Assist with client onboarding and training as needed - Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and company policies - Adhere to company guidelines and procedures for client communication and service delivery

Requirements: - Excellent communication skills and a high level of professionalism - Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-focused mindset - Ability to work well in a team environment and collaborate with others - Attention to detail and the ability to multitask effectively - Driven and resourceful attitude towards client service - No prior experience required, but a willingness to learn and grow in the role
