Client Service Officer

Job Description:

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Client Service Officer to join our team at Guaranty Trust Bank in Ibadan, Nigeria. As a Client Service Officer, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our clients and addressing their needs and concerns in a professional and timely manner. This is a part-time position at the Associate Level, requiring a minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role.

Responsibilities: - Act as the main point of contact for clients, handling inquiries and resolving issues efficiently - Build strong relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and retention - Provide information about our products and services to clients - Process client transactions accurately and promptly - Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless client experience - Stay informed about industry trends and developments to better assist clients - Meet and exceed service level agreements set by the company

Requirements: - Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written - Strong persuasion skills to influence clients effectively - Resourceful and able to think on your feet to find solutions for clients - Confident and able to handle difficult situations with grace - Previous experience in customer service or a related field - Knowledge of banking products and services is a plus
