Client Service Officer

Job Description:

We are looking for a Client Service Officer to join our team at Konga Group in Abuja, NG. As a Client Service Officer, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients and ensuring that their needs are met in a timely and efficient manner. This is a part-time entry-level position with zero years of experience required.

Responsibilities: - Act as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing their inquiries and concerns in a professional and courteous manner - Manage client accounts and maintain accurate records of interactions - Collaborate with other departments to resolve client issues and ensure their satisfaction - Provide product information and recommendations to clients based on their needs - Conduct surveys and gather feedback from clients to improve our services - Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to promote loyalty and retention

Requirements: - Confident and driven personality traits - Strong cooperation and presentation skills - Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Attention to detail and strong organizational skills - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field is preferred
