Job Description:
The Dangote Group is seeking a dedicated and reliable Client Service Officer to join our team in Lagos, NG. As a Client Service Officer, you will be responsible for managing relationships with our clients and ensuring their needs are met efficiently and effectively. This role is part-time and at the Associate Level, requiring a minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar position.
Responsibilities: - Act as the main point of contact for clients, addressing their inquiries and concerns in a timely manner - Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and loyalty - Provide proactive support to clients, anticipating their needs and offering solutions - Collaborate with internal teams to coordinate client requests and resolve issues - Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions - Monitor client accounts and track performance metrics to identify areas for improvement - Conduct regular client surveys to gather feedback and make recommendations for improvement - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices to enhance client service delivery - Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures in all client interactions
Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field - Proven experience as a Client Service Officer or similar customer service role - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail - Ability to work independently and in a team environment - Proficient in Microsoft Office suite and CRM software - Innovation and creativity in finding solutions to client challenges - Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks effectively
