Job Description:

Halliburton is seeking a Remote Client Service Representative to join our team in Abuja, NG. As a Remote Client Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients in a virtual setting.

Responsibilities: - Answering incoming calls and emails from clients, addressing their inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner - Providing product or service information and resolving any issues or complaints - Recording and maintaining accurate records of client interactions and transactions - Collaborating with other team members to ensure seamless communication and support for clients - Demonstrating empathy and understanding in all client interactions, prioritizing customer satisfaction - Adhering to company policies and procedures to ensure compliance and consistency in service delivery

Requirements: - Strong communication skills and a customer-oriented approach - Ability to work independently and in a team environment - Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail - Basic computer proficiency and familiarity with online communication tools - High school diploma or equivalent - No prior experience required
