Client Service Representative

Job Description:

NNPC Limited is seeking a dedicated and resourceful Client Service Representative to join our team in Lagos, Nigeria. As a Client Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients and ensuring their needs are met in a timely and efficient manner.

Responsibilities: - Serve as the main point of contact for clients, addressing their inquiries and resolving any issues that may arise - Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure their satisfaction with our products and services - Communicate effectively with internal teams to coordinate client requests and provide solutions - Manage client accounts, including processing orders and updating customer information in the database - Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell additional products or services to clients - Collaborate with the sales team to provide support in closing deals and meeting sales targets - Conduct follow-up calls or emails to gather feedback and ensure client retention - Stay informed about industry trends and competitor activities to provide strategic recommendations to clients

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field - 1 year of experience in customer service or client relations - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail - Persuasion and project management skills - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software
