Client Service Representative

Job Description:

We are looking for a dedicated and reliable Client Service Representative to join our team at Tropical General Investments in Abuja, Nigeria. As an Associate-level position, the ideal candidate will have at least 4 years of relevant experience in client service or a related field.

Responsibilities: - Serve as the main point of contact for clients, providing exceptional customer service and addressing any inquiries or concerns in a timely and professional manner - Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure their satisfaction and loyalty to the company - Assist clients in navigating our products and services, offering tailored solutions to meet their individual needs - Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless communication and coordination in delivering top-notch service to clients - Participate in strategic planning and initiatives to enhance the client experience and drive business growth - Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records and documentation to ensure compliance with company policies and regulations

Requirements: - 4+ years of experience in client service or a related field - Strong interpersonal and communication skills - Ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively - Proven track record of strategic planning and problem-solving - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field (preferred)
