Client Service Representative

Job Description:

Paylater is seeking a dedicated Client Service Representative to join our team in Abuja, NG. As a Client Service Representative, you will be responsible for interacting with clients to provide information in response to inquiries about products and services and to handle and resolve complaints. This is a part-time position at the Associate Level, requiring a minimum of 2 years of experience.

Responsibilities: - Manage incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries - Identify and assess customers' needs to achieve satisfaction - Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication - Provide accurate, valid, and complete information by using the right methods/tools - Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution - Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts, and file documents - Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies - Take the extra mile to engage customers

Requirements: - Proven customer support experience or experience as a Client Service Representative - Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening - Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters - Excellent communication and presentation skills - Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively - Reliable and independent personality traits - Emotional intelligence and project management soft skills - Vision insurance, Gym membership, and Company equipment benefits - Ability to inject a sense of joy and vibrancy into the work environment
