Client Service Representative

Procter & Gamble Nigeria is looking for a dedicated and energetic Client Service Representative to join our team in Lagos, NG. This is a part-time entry-level position with a requirement of at least 1 year of experience.

As a Client Service Representative, your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

- Handling customer inquiries and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner - Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients to ensure their needs are met - Collaborating with internal teams to coordinate and deliver effective solutions for clients - Keeping accurate records of client interactions and transactions - Providing reports and feedback to management on client needs and trends - Participating in training and development opportunities to improve skills and knowledge - Representing the company at various events and functions to promote brand awareness
