Job Description:
Airtel Nigeria is seeking a motivated and energetic Client Service Representative to join our team in Ibadan on a part-time basis. As an Entry Level position, no prior experience is required, making this the perfect opportunity for individuals looking to kickstart their career in customer service.
Responsibilities: - Assist clients in resolving any queries or issues they may have via phone, email, or in person - Provide excellent customer service by actively listening to clients and finding solutions to meet their needs - Handle client complaints and ensure they are resolved in a timely and professional manner - Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions - Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience - Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and company policies to effectively communicate information to clients
