Client Service Representative

Job Description:

Konga Group is looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic Client Service Representative to join our team in Ibadan, Nigeria. As a Client Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients through various channels of communication. This role is part-time and entry-level, ideal for someone with at least 1 year of experience in a customer service role.

Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner - Assist clients with product information, order status, and issue resolution - Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions - Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to promote products and services - Identify and escalate priority issues to the appropriate team members - Keep up-to-date with product knowledge and industry trends - Provide feedback to the management team on customer satisfaction and areas for improvement

Requirements: - Independent and adaptable with a positive attitude - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and customer service software - Innovation and planning skills to anticipate and address customer needs - High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree preferred
